"358" derives its name from its mesh size of 3" x 0.5", and the '8' indicates the wire gauge. This translates to 4mm in diameter, resulting in the precise dimensions of 76.2mm x 12.7mm x 4mm for the 358 guardrail.
The 358 safety fence features a narrow mesh design, making it extremely difficult for objects to pass through. Its small apertures render traditional hand tools ineffective for cutting.
