"358" refers to its mesh size, where '3' represents 3"x0.5" and '8' denotes the wire gauge which converts to a robust 4mm. Thus, the dimensions of a 358 guardrail are 76.2mm x 12.7mm x 4mm.
The 358 safety fence features a narrow mesh design that is nearly impenetrable, making it extremely difficult to cut through using traditional hand tools.
